Recipe notes

The source uses 37.5 g coffee and 600 g water. This adaptation scales both to 40 g and 640 g at the same 1:16 ratio, with rounded pour targets. The source’s 3:00–3:30 finish window is an initial guide for this scaled brew, not a tested result. The displayed 3:15 is its midpoint. Medium-light roast is an editorial starting point; the source does not specify roast. Grinder and grinder setting are intentionally unspecified. This editorial summary has not been brew-tested by PouroverRecipes. Independently written editorial summary; not an official creator account.
